Because this is a personal-care product, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For pre-orders, you may cancel for a full refund before your order ships.

You can adjust the inhale, hold, and exhale durations, plus a short "settle" countdown, in the breathing settings. Tap the settings icon on the breath page to find the sliders. A reduced-motion option is also available if you prefer a calmer visual.
